Healing becomes clearer when we understand which layer needs attention first and which tool belongs at that layer.

Holsoltre is a holistic framework for self-discovery, healing and inner transformation. It brings different healing modalities into one structured approach, where the concern is understood first and the relevant tool is chosen according to the layer that needs attention.

A person seeking clarity about one decision may need a different kind of support from someone repeating the same relationship pattern for ten years. Someone carrying fear rooted in childhood may require a different process from someone experiencing a long-standing ancestral or energetic concern.

Holsoltre emerged from this understanding.

The framework began taking shape in 2020, after a decade of independently studying human behaviour, spiritual systems and different methods of healing. It was formally launched in 2022, when I began offering this work professionally.

Over the years, my exploration included tarot, astrology, Reiki, meditation, Vipassana, inner-child work, past-life regression, yoga, graphology, graphotherapy, hypnotherapy, karma healing, Ayurveda and other practices. Each method offered a different piece of understanding and gradually helped me recognise how these layers connect.

What Does the Name Holsoltre Mean?

Holsoltre is one word derived from the phrase:

Holistic Soul of the Trinity

The name represents wholeness, integration and the relationship between different parts of our existence.

HOL represents holistic

Holistic means looking at something as a complete system and understanding the relationship between its parts. In the context of personal wellbeing, a holistic approach considers the whole person, including physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual experiences.

SOL represents soul

The soul represents the deeper self beneath social roles, fears, conditioning, achievements and identities. It is what we discover when we begin asking:

  • Who am I beneath everything I have been taught?
  • What feels true to me?
  • Why do I keep living through this experience?
  • What is this phase of life trying to show me?
  • What part of myself have I left behind?
  • What wants to emerge through me now?

Healing, in this understanding, becomes a journey of returning to the self.

TRE represents trinity

The trinity carries two interconnected meanings within Holsoltre.

The first is:

  • Mind
  • Body
  • Spirit

The second trinity is the cycle of creation, preservation and release.

  • Brahma
  • Vishnu
  • Mahesh

Within the Trimurti framework, Brahma is commonly associated with creation, Vishnu with preservation and Shiva or Mahesh with dissolution or transformation.

Within Holsoltre, these ideas become a practical reflection of human transformation:

  • What are you ready to create?
  • What needs to be strengthened and sustained?
  • What has completed its purpose and needs to be released?

The name remains one single word because these dimensions belong to one whole.

The mind influences the body. The body influences emotional experience. Thoughts shape energy. Relationships affect the nervous system. Physical exhaustion changes decision-making. Spiritual beliefs influence the meaning we give to our experiences.

Each layer communicates with the others.

Why Are Mind, Body and Spirit Treated as One?

The human experience is layered and interconnected.

A fearful thought can change breathing. Long-term stress can influence sleep, digestion, energy and relationships. Physical exhaustion can reduce emotional capacity. A painful relationship can affect confidence, work and health. A spiritual belief can give meaning to an experience and shape the way a person responds to it.

For this reason, inner transformation needs space for the mind, emotions, body, behaviour, environment and spiritual worldview.

The balance will differ for each person.

One person may need more emotional reflection. Another may require stronger routines and body awareness. Someone else may need practical boundaries or a spiritual process that helps them release a long-held burden.

Holistic work respects these differences.

How Do Creation, Preservation and Release Support Transformation?

The second trinity within Holsoltre is the cycle of creation, preservation and release.

Creation: What are you becoming?

Every healing journey eventually opens the question of creation.

  • What do you want to experience now?
  • What kind of relationship, work, home, identity or way of living are you ready to build?

Creation requires choice, imagination and courage.

Preservation: What needs to be sustained?

A breakthrough becomes meaningful through continuity.

New boundaries need to be maintained. New practices need repetition. A healthier relationship with money requires systems. A calmer mind requires supportive routines.

Preservation asks:

  • What will help this change last?
  • What environment supports it?
  • What habits protect it?
  • What kind of nourishment does it require?

Release: What has completed its role?

Every transformation also contains an ending.

A role may need to be released. An identity may have become too small. A relationship, belief, promise, habit or attachment may have completed its purpose.

Release creates space for the new.

These three movements continue throughout life. We create, sustain and release repeatedly as we grow.

Why Was Holsoltre Created?

For many years, I experienced healing as a collection of separate discoveries. One year, I learned one practice. Another year, life took me towards a different method. Each tool helped me understand something the earlier one could not fully explain.

As I went deeper, I also noticed how easily people can become lost in the healing world. They may move between tarot, meditation, sound healing, energy work and one modality after another, while still feeling unsure about where to begin, which modality is relevant, how long a practice needs and what should come next.

Formal education gives us a syllabus and a foundation. A mathematics student does not begin with an advanced concept before learning the basics. Medical and management programs also bring different subjects together through a structured progression. Healing rarely comes with such a map.

This creates confusion when a tool is expected to create transformation on its own, without understanding what it is meant to reveal, which layer of the mind–body–spirit system it works with, and where its limitations begin. A tarot, astrology or graphology consultation may help someone recognise a pattern. That awareness is valuable, though the pattern may still need to be worked with through other modalities. In the same way, deeper energetic practices may require emotional stability, grounding and readiness before they are introduced.

Holsoltre was created to bring greater structure into this journey. Its purpose is to understand the person, the concern and the layer involved before selecting the relevant tool or combination of tools.

The right tool matters. Its timing, depth and relevance matter just as much.

The guiding question becomes:

What needs attention at this stage, and what foundation will support the next layer of healing?

How Did More Than a Decade of Independent Exploration Shape Holsoltre?

My journey began in 2010 through an interest in zodiac signs and human behaviour.

I enjoyed observing people. Travel became one of my greatest classrooms. Conversations, relationships, different cultures, workplaces and social environments taught me how people respond to belonging, rejection, power, fear, uncertainty, ambition and love.

I often say that people became my live books.

During my postgraduate years, I began exploring these tools more deeply, starting with Tarot in 2015. I approached it with curiosity and scepticism and initially used spiritual knowledge to seek certainty and protect myself from painful choices. I did not know then how deeply this exploration would eventually take me into the healing world. Reiki came into my life in 2016 and opened a deeper exploration of energy. Meditation and art-based practices followed in 2017. In 2018, I attended Vipassana and trained in inner-child work and past-life regression. I completed my yoga teacher training in 2019, and graphology entered my journey in 2020.

Graphology became a major turning point because it gave me a visual way to study patterns.

Until this point, I was still studying the inner world, experimenting and applying these tools within my own journey. Holsoltre was formally launched in 2022, when I began offering this work professionally. Client work gradually showed me that insight alone may leave a person knowing their pattern without knowing how to work with it.

This led me towards personalised graphotherapy practices, hypnotherapy, inner-child work, guided exercises and structured transformation programs.

In 2024, I added karma healing and Ayurvedic study to my continuing exploration.

Alongside this inner journey, I worked in research, taught, travelled independently, experienced public and corporate environments and changed professional directions several times.

The outer world tested the inner work. Family, careers, money, visibility, relationships, health and responsibility revealed whether an insight had entered my way of living.

That movement became an important principle of Holsoltre:

The outer world reveals the pattern. Inner work helps us understand it. Life then gives us another opportunity to respond differently.

Holsoltre services are intended for spiritual exploration, self-reflection and personal development. They do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and do not replace qualified medical, psychological, legal or financial support.
