Talk Therapy
We begin with a conversation to understand your concerns and experiences. You can share verbally during the session or use notes from your personal journaling. This phase also addresses any apprehensions or myths about hypnotherapy. Note: If you are uncomfortable sharing certain memories, it is completely respected.

Warm-Up Meditation
Next, we ease into a light meditation to help you relax and feel comfortable with the process. This simple exercise also demonstrates how hypnosis naturally occurs in our everyday lives, preparing you for the deeper work ahead.

Inner Child Hypnosis
Simply experience! 😊 This is the heart of the session. Here, you’ll access and reconnect with your inner child in a deeply relaxed, hypnotic state. Just allow yourself to experience the process fully—no expectations, just presence.

Dialoguing
After the hypnosis, we discuss your experience. This phase includes: Reparenting Tools: Learn ways to nurture and support your inner child. Self-Healing Practices: Discover new responses to old emotional triggers. Trauma Reprogramming: If any trauma surfaces during the session, we’ll explore reprogramming strategies and discuss whether additional sessions are needed for deeper healing.
