Hi, I am Radhia.

the heart and mind behind Holsoltré—a space where transformation begins, and healing becomes a joyful journey.

If you’ve found your way here, know that it’s no coincidence. Whether you’re looking for clarity, purpose, overcoming unhealthy habits, or a complete shift in your life, you’re in the right place.

I know life can feel overwhelming. The patterns that hold you back, the fears you can’t quite shake, or the dreams that seem just out of reach—I’ve been there too. It’s why I’m so passionate about this work. Having walked my own journey of healing, unlearning, and self-discovery, I’ve poured my heart into creating tools, programs, and pathways to help you do the same!

Growing up: Search for Belonging.

I grew up in a conservative joint family with a significant age gap between me and my siblings. Life at home often felt like a constant comparison game, with expectations weighing heavy on who I was supposed to be. It shaped me into someone who was hypervigilant, overly thoughtful, and a perfectionist—always chasing approval but never quite feeling good enough.

And let’s be real, things weren’t much easier outside. High school and college brought their own share of challenges—betrayal, groupism, and rejection. These experiences left me tangled in self-doubt and people-pleasing, afraid of being excluded or misunderstood. Over time, this fear became a pattern, showing up as chronic anxiety, overthinking, and a nagging sense of disconnection that followed me into adulthood.

But the human spirit has an innate longing to grow, especially from pain. Mine was no exception!

The Journey: From Seeking to Serving.

My curiosity about the human mind, patterns, and behavior began in high school. I’ve always been fascinated by the “why” behind what we do and how our choices shape our lives. But at the time, I had no idea where this curiosity would lead me.

In my twenties, this interest became a journey of self-discovery—both inward and outward. While pursuing a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Political Science, I sought answers far beyond books. Solo travel became my greatest teacher, taking me to over 10 countries and 16 Indian states in a span of 7 years Every culture I encountered helped me unlearn who I thought I had to be and reconnect with my true self.

Professionally, I explored diverse roles—working as a research scholar, social media manager, English tutor in Italy, and researcher for a Member of Parliament, before joining Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Each role deepened my understanding of people, systems, and leadership.

Behind it all, I was on a deeply personal quest for answers. Life felt like a juggling act. Work, learn, earn, invest in myself, repeat—a hit-and-trial process with no clear map. In 2010, I playfully began exploring zodiac signs and astrology a phase I now laugh about fondly. By 2015, I skeptically picked up tarot, unsure of its value. But something clicked, and my journey unfolded from there.

Each year, I added new modalities to my toolkit—not as hobbies but as lifelines. Reiki, vipassana, past life regression, inner child healing, yoga, graphology, trauma healing, ayurveda—each contributed to unlayering and rebuilding myself.

What I didn’t know then was that this path wasn’t just about my healing. It was leading me toward the work I’m here to do today.

When life tested everything.

In 2020, while many were praying not to lose their jobs, I made the incredibly difficult decision to leave a toxic work environment during lockdown. It felt liberating, yes, but also deeply unsettling—mentally, emotionally, and even physically. Before I could catch my breath or begin to heal, 2021 came in with challenges that shook me to my core.

That year, I faced two life-altering experiences: a severe hospitalization during the Delta wave of COVID-19, and a devastating car accident which wrecked my vehicle but miraculously spared my life. In those moments, my life flashed before me—the realization hit of how much I had yet to live fully.
Amidst these incidents, I experienced a series of panic attacks, being put on anxiety pills. By 2022, I hit rock bottom emotionally. I told my sister I didn’t want to live anymore.

“You have two lives.
The second one begins when you realise you only have one.”

Somewhere in that darkness, I found the courage to rise. It felt as though it had handed me all the tools over the years and then presented me with the ultimate test to see if I was ready to use them. Looking back now, I realize every experience—every struggle and every triumph—was preparing me to step into my purpose fully.

The birth of Holsoltré.

Despite starting Holsoltre in 2020 (as soultreetribe) after quitting my job, in 2021, everything fell apart, and I found myself losing all confidence and hope.

In February 2022, an unexpected opportunity presented itself. Who would have thought that a small handwriting analysis stall at a flea market in Goa—with just a table, two chairs—would lead me to my first client? At that time, I barely had enough in my bank to cover food and shelter for a month. I was jobless for 18 months, battling uncertainty and doubt. But that small step gave me something I hadn’t felt in a while: hope.

By November 2022, I came back stronger, creating my own website, and building Holsoltre brick by brick. I poured every ounce of my past job experiences and personal growth into this brand. FWhat started as a single stall grew into a space that now serves clients from all walks of life and cities across the globe.

“When you’re on the right path, life finds ways to support you.” Holsoltre is my living proof of this.

What drives me?

Every client I meet brings a story, and watching their transformation fuels my passion every day.

Seeing a client who thought she’d never conceive finally embrace the joy of motherhood; witnessing another who felt trapped in a toxic relationship gain the courage to leave and later find a loving, supportive partner who she’s now engaged to; a top business leader, once paralyzed by self-doubt, step into meetings with newfound confidence and clarity are priceless moments.

A holistic approach to transformation!

At Holsoltre, I integrate tools that address the trinity (tre) – mind, body, and soul.

I combine my 15+ years of personal investment and experience to bring you a wholesome way of rediscovering yourself, releasing the weight of past struggles, and stepping into a new chapter of authenticity and empowerment—without pills, endless self-identification with pain, or feeling like it’s “work.”
