Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final.

Cancellations

• Once a session or workshop is booked and payment is processed, cancellations are not permitted.

Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for any of our digital services, including missed sessions or unattended workshops.

Exceptions

• In the rare event that Holsoltré cancels a session or workshop, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
